How do I purchase the app?
You can either click here to purchase the app, or type "CQL" into the search box of the iTunes App Store.
What is included in the purchase of the app?
After you purchase the app ($74.99), you will have access to 15 free surveys, corresponding email reports, and login credentials to the online data reporting system. After you complete the 15 free surveys, you can purchase additional surveys.
I've completed my 15 free surveys. How do I get more?
If you are interested in purchasing additional surveys, you can take advantage of bulk pricing options by visiting the AbleLink Store and ordering online. If you would like more than 9,999 surveys or would like to set up convenient quarterly billing, you can Contact AbleLink Technologies directly.
How much do additional surveys cost?
The cost for additional surveys is based on a tiered bulk pricing system, ranging between $1 to $5 based on how many you purchase. The higher the quantity, the more cost-effective it is. What devices/platforms can I use with The CQL POST App?
Currently, the app is available for use only on iPad devices. CQL and AbleLink Technologies are exploring additional platforms for the app, such as Android tablets.
How do I view survey results and reporting online?
You can access the online reporting system by visiting https://postscale.ablelinktech.com/login, and log in by using your unique username and password.
Can I take surveys when I'm not connected to the internet?
Yes. Surveys can be taken when you're not online or connected to a WiFi network. In this case, survey results are saved locally, and then will be uploaded to your account automatically the next time you launch the app.
How do we connect all of our iPads that have the app to our agency’s database?
Step 1: The first time your agency downloads and runs the CQL-POST on an iPad, click the 'Create Account' button. Enter your agency name and choose a password.
Step 2: Make a record of the agency ID that is displayed, as you will need it to add additional iPads to your agency's account.
Step 3: After purchasing the app on your additional iPads, enter your agency ID (from Step 2) into the field shown on the setup screen. Do not click the 'Create Account' button.
Is there a limit to the number of people taking surveys, on one agency account?
No. There is no limit to the number of people who can take surveys, and be connected one agency account. The only requirement is that after the first 15 free surveys are completed, organizations will need to purchase additional surveys to access the reporting features for the app.
What's the relationship between The CQL POST App and Personal Outcome Measures®?
The foundation of The CQL POST App is based on Personal Outcome Measures®. The app provides a snapshot look at the presence and importance of outcomes in a person's life, that are happening right now. It is a valuable tool to help people and agencies identify priority areas for person-centered planning, which can be explored further through Personal Outcome Measures®. It is not however a replacement for Personal Outcome Measures®. The Personal Outcome Measures® provide a much more in-depth exploration of what really matters in a person's life, and the complexity of factors that influence quality of life and quality of supports.
