CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership

Webinar Series: Decision-Making With The POM, Part 2

The Personal Outcome Measures® (POM) is a discovery tool for quality of life. Through interviews, observations, and other techniques, the interviewer explores the presence and importance of outcomes in people's lives, along with the supports to help people achieve those outcomes. Based on decision-making questions listed in the Personal Outcome Measures® manual and collected in CQL's PORTAL Data System, the interviewer will come to determinations on if outcomes are present and if supports are in place.

In this free webinar series, CQL will share guidance for those using the Personal Outcome Measures® (POM). You will learn about decision-making involved in the POM process, including the variables that could influence the decision. CQL will confront common challenges that agency staff members face in making determinations about outcomes and supports. You will also gain insight into the role that CQL's PORTAL Data System plays in the POM process.

Due to the depth of the Personal Outcome Measures® indicators, the webinar series is broken up into six separate sessions, and you must register for each session individually.
