This free webinar will focus on utilizing the concepts of the Transformational Leadership Model in moving from traditional site-based day programs to more person-directed day services and employment. This webinar will not only discuss the theory around how to lead an organization to transform, but will also give attendees tools to use as they begin to develop their own plan. Areas such as staff development, resource allocation, individualized support planning, and administrative support will be covered.
Jennifer Quigley | CQL Quality Enhancement Specialist
Jennifer Quigley is a Quality Enhancement Specialist for CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership.
Jennifer has been working with people with disabilities including those with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnosis and other health-related disabilities for over 15 years. Her experience includes working with children and youth in community settings, direct support, clinical case management, foster care training, state licensing and provider senior leadership. Most recently, she worked as an Area Director then Corporate Director of Employment and Community Life for a multi-state provider.
Jennifer is especially passionate about community employment. Jennifer has experience training and consulting with programs and providers on successful transformation of site based day and employment services to successful community employment programs.
Jennifer has an Associates of Arts Degree in Law Enforcement and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, UT.
