CRVI CQL Accreditation PlaqueOn May 18th, 2015, CRVI was recognized for achieving Quality Assurances Accreditation by CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership. Accreditation by CQL involves a rigorous process of assessments, focus groups, and reviews utilizing important tools like Basic Assurances® and Personal Outcome Measures®.

"It's an honor to work with organizations like CRVI, and support them in this person-centered journey." says Becky Hansen, Chief Services Officer for CQL.

This accreditation reinforces that the people CRVI supports are the center of the work that we do

"This accreditation reinforces that the people CRVI supports are the center of the work that we do. Throughout the process we held focus groups with the people who use our services.  We also involved them in the committee work and final presentations. This gave individuals active participation and input into the services they receive, demonstrating to evaluators how we provide services organizationally."  adds McGoldrick.
