Jill Westring has more than 30 years’ experience in human services in Nebraska, Colorado, and Virginia, including program development and oversight, consultation, training, and supervision.
Her career began in direct service, followed by case management, program coordination and as an associate director in community based services. Her association with CQL began in 2001, following a few years as a Personal Outcome Measures® trainer.
In her years with CQL she assisted in the development and presentation of Alabama state-wide initiatives for certification standards. Trained and mentored Area Quality Leaders (AQL) within a Florida state-wide Real Choice Grant initiative using The Council on Quality and Leadership Personal Outcome Measures®, Organizing Principles of Leadership, Systems and Quality Management. Led national accreditation reviews utilizing The Council on Quality and Leadership Personal Outcome Measures®, Basic Assurances®, Shared Values®, Community Life® and Responsive Services ®. Promoted a culture of constant conversation with employees, administration, people supported and families to ensure consistent, efficient and effective supports
Ms. Westring earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Colorado Women’s College in Denver, Colorado and has a Master’s Certificate in Mastering Project Management from Villanova University.
