- Services Administrator -
Cate Adelman is the Services Administrator for CQL and is responsible for scheduling CQL services, organizing logistics with partners, and collaborating with CQL staff to improve operational efficiencies.
Prior to her role as Services Administrator, Cate was the CQL Project Coordinator for the Ligas Project, providing administrative services for all outreach activities, to educate people living in private ICFs/DD or their legal guardians about community living options.
Cate comes to CQL with 35 years of professional and life experiences and has a BA in Management and Education in Allied Health. Prior to coming to CQL, she was the Advocate and Quality Assurance Specialist with Kreider Services in Dixon, Illinois. She was responsible for protecting and promoting rights for people and families, teaching advocacy, and investigating allegations of mistreatment. She was also responsible for ensuring programs met licensure and accreditation standards, developing policies and procedures, and performing program evaluation activities such as assessing satisfaction with services.
