Alliance for Full Participation - Founding Member
The Alliance for Full Participation (AFP) is a formal partnership of leading organizations serving the developmental disabilities field that share a common vision ... to help create a better and more fulfilling quality of life for people with developmental disabilities.

ANCOR (American Network of Community Options and Resources) - Partner
ANCOR and CQL have partnered to bring a 20% discount on CQL’s Focus Forum, a unique consultative experience. Employees, people receiving supports, families, volunteers, community supporters, and board members come together for 2½ days of interactive dialogue, debate, and action planning about how their particular organization can leverage its strengths and assets to become more person-centered. The interactive group process builds a consensus on the principles and practices of person-centeredness.

CQL's e-Learning technology is provided by Relias Learning. Relias has been delivering online training programs to organizations with specialized needs since 2002. National Leadership Consortium at the University of Delaware - Sponsor
The National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities at the University of Delaware is a partnership of national developmental disabilities organizations that offers intensive week-long leadership institutes, distance learning opportunities, mentoring programs, continuing education programs, both undergraduate and graduate-level campus-based programs, and a resource-rich website all aimed at improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities and their families.

New York State Association of Community and Residential Agencies (NYSACRA) - Partner
The New York State Association of Community and Residential Agencies (NYSACRA) represents more than 200 not-for-profit service provider agencies with a combined workforce of approximately 70,000 employees. As New York prepares for implementation of the People First waiver and managed care, providers are increasingly interested in being able to demonstrate results of services in the lives of the people they support. CQL’s Personal Outcome Measures® offer a unique framework for measuring and reporting. As a result of this partnership, NYSACRA members will receive a five percent (5%) discount on single training events and a ten percent (10%) discount on CQL’s Personal Outcome Measures® Interviewer and Trainer certification programs.
These “preferred products” will enable organizations to increase person-centered excellence in practice and demonstrate improved quality of life for people who receive services.
