In light of new CMS Home and Community-Based Services Settings Regulations, Olmstead Employment First initiatives, as well as the wishes of persons with disabilities, there are a range of environmental influences that significantly impact employment. Dr. William Kiernan will discuss the current labor market changes, the need for innovation in the employment arena, and changes that could mean people will not only want jobs, but get jobs.
